When we have worries about a child, young person or their family, we will share information to help keep them safe. We'll always be open and honest about any worries you tell us and what needs to happen next. 

If you have any worries about yourself, your friends, or members of your family, it's always best to tell someone. There are lots of ways you can share your worries about other people. You can find some in the sections below.

All You Need To Know

Who Can Help?

If you are worried about someone, you can talk to your parents or carers, or a trusted adult within your school or setting, or any trusted friend. 

You can contact Childline 24 hours a day, every day on 0800 111 or chat online for support.

If you're 11-19 you can text ChatHealth for anonymous and confidential advice and guidance from a health professional. Chat Health is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

You can also contact the Norfolk Healthy Child Programme by calling Just One Number on 0300 300 0123. Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Kooth offers online counselling, advice and emotional well-being support 7 days a week until 10pm.
