Norfolk & Waveney Access to Mental Health & Support

From 2nd April 2024 all requests for mental health support for 0-25 year olds across Norfolk & Waveney will be processed by Just One Number. If you are under 14 you will need support from a parent, carer or other trusted adult to complete the request.

The team in Just One Number will review all the information outlined in your request and support you to access a range of options to improve your mental health and wellbeing, including:

  • Self-care resources

  • Advice and guidance

  • Access to mental health or emotional wellbeing support services.

When appropriate, the team will pass your information to an organisation that will best support you.  Sometimes we might feel further intervention is not needed, but we will contact you to let you know this and offer some advice and guidance to support.

Details about what is happening to your request will be sent to your account. This will include self-care resources and, if required, details of the organisation the request has been passed onto once it has been processed. The outcome will also be sent to your GP.
