Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.
There are lots of features you can use for advice and support including:
The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

This is our live forum of the month: Let's talk about: Pride awareness
Come along and join the celebration for Pride Month! We will be talking about the history of Pride and creating a safe and inclusive space for all. Aim: June marks the celebration of Pride Month. The aim of this forum is to create a safe and inclusive forum focused on the history of Pride Month and touching on some issues that those within the community face.
Weds 3rd June will be for 10-12 age group
Weds 10th June will be for 13-15 age group
Weds 17th June will be for 16-17 age group
Each Live Forum takes place between 7:30pm and 9pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time!
