Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.
There are lots of features you can use for advice and support including:
The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

This is our Live Forum of the Month: Mental Health awareness week - 'Action.'
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme is Action. It’s great that more people are talking about mental health, but real change happens when we do something too. In this forum, we’ll explore what “taking action” can look like in everyday life, from small steps to bigger changes and how these actions can help us feel better and support others. We’ll also recognise that taking action isn’t always easy and that even small things count. Whether it’s speaking up, reaching out, or taking time for yourself, this is a space to share ideas, feel heard and discover ways we can move forward together.
Weds 6th May for 10-12 age group
Weds 13th May will be for 13-15 age group
Weds 20th May will be for 16-17 age group
Each Live Forum takes place between 7:30 and 9:00pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time!
