Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.

The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

As we begin the new year, you may find yourself thinking about the past 12 months and changes you want to make this year. We will be exploring some of these hopes and thinking of helpful ways to get to where we want to be, without giving into the pressure at this time of year and offering yourself compassion along the way.
Monday, January 13 (could change to Wednesday, January 15) - Building Self-Esteem After Bullying
In this forum we will be exploring the impact of bullying, while discussing ways to build confidence and self-esteem.
Monday, January 20 - Managing Conflicting Feelings and Beliefs
For World Religion Day, we will be exploring helpful ways of managing conflict between our feelings and experiences and the beliefs we or our community hold.
Wednesday, January 29 - Winter Crafting For Our Wellbeing
Join us as we talk about different crafting ideas to see us through the cold, dark evenings this winter.
Each live forum takes place between 7.30pm and 9pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time. You will need to register anonymously with Kooth for free, then use the link below to access the forums.
