Kooth is a support service for 10 to 18-year-olds that you can access on any device that connects to the internet.
There are lots of features you can use for advice and support including:
The team at Kooth are there to provide free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. The team is made up of online counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who can be at the end of the phone when you need it. The site is open every day, 24 hours a day; counselling sessions are available from 12 noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.

This is our Live Forum of the Month: New Year reflections, hopes and wants.
As we begin the New Year, you may find yourself thinking about the past year and changes you want to make this year. We will be exploring some of these hopes and wants, thinking of helpful ways to get to where we want to be without giving into the pressure this time of year and offering yourself compassion along the way.
Weds 14th January will be for 10 to 12 age group
Weds 21st January will be for 13 to 15 age group
Weds 28th January will be for 16-17 age group
Each live forum takes place between 7.30pm and 9pm. They will go live on the discussion board section of the site within that time.
